They were very responsive when I contacted them by phone. Mo answered all of my questions very swiftly and was extremely helpful to explain what exactly might be the problem. He was able to fix my window within a day or 2 which was a great help.

Excellent service from start to finish. Mo's engineer identified the fault within 10 minutes of arriving, which was a huge relief after other contractors had suggested expensive replacements and long lead times of 3 to 4 weeks. They returned the very next day with the right equipment and completed the job within a couple of hours. The team was competent, friendly and professional throughout. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. Full marks to everyone involved. I would highly recommend them.
