Thomas gave an honest assessment of what he thought was possible and a really clear quote. The scaffolding went up quickly and it became clear the roof was beyond repair. Another clear quote and the work proceeded extraordinarily quickly. Within 48 hours I had a new roof, soffits and gutters plus pointing fix. Thomas checked in with me regularly with video calls from my roof and kept me up to date with progress and any suggestions. We had a sensible payment structure. All mess was taken away. 15 year guarantee. It could have been really stressful but it all went very smoothly. Would recommend.

Thomas sent a young lad round to complete a small gutter repair. The work was completed efficiently and Thomas was on the phone to check it through as the worker was less experienced at doing jobs on his own.

Thomas was excellent. He did some excellent work for us last year re. repointing, replacing tiles, fitting chimney caps, etc. This year we noticed a random broken tile and one piece of guttering was leaky. We called Thomas as a return customer and he fixed all the issues in a matter of days. He was fair and transparent and the quotes and took videos to show things clearly on the roof.
