I went out forgetting i had a appointment but no problem quick ring by a lovely gentleman and I came back asap 'sorry' . The 2 gents did their work quietly and considerately and cleanly as well. Lovely job well done

The Install went very smoothly. You can see a professional job was done and to top things off they even hoovered up afterwards

The alarm service was carried out quickly and efficiently by workers who were on time and polite - no complaints at all!

Annual service conducted timely and efficiently. FCF&S were proactive in setting up appointment and flexible on timing on the day. Engineers gave timely notification of arrival time. The two engineers doing the service were professional, effective, respectful and pleasant. Would recommend.

These guys are really great, so professional, take their shoes off at the door. Explain what they are doing and run through everything with you. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
