    From first contact, my enquiry was answered and they came that very day! A persistent foul smell in my main bathroom that a few tradespeople have failed to fix led me to try a drainage solution. Cameras were used to go right under the house showing completely blocked and salted up pipe. We’ve been here 20 years and have had plenty of building works in that time so no surprise. They jet cleared it and then used a disinfectant to flush through. I was then invited to look at the camera footage both before and after and it was remarkable. It’s a month on and the bathroom smells sweet once more.

    After a long and arduous leak through my garage wall, Mark came out to investigate. He was totally honest with me and explained where the issue came from and that rather than possibly quoting for a job that would cost thousands, he provided me with a DIY solution that cost about £100 in materials, and detailed instructions on how to best fix the hole in the wall whilst damp/leak proofing it from future leaks. And just in time for more rain! Whatever your reason for contacting First Drainage, you’re in good hands from the moment you make the call.
