First Drainage

Would really recommend them. An engineer came out within an hour of me calling. The job turned out to be more complicated than anticipated but they persevered, with 2 additional engineers coming to help. All were really polite and friendly. They managed to solve the issue. Left everywhere really tidy. And it was good value for money.

Had a blocked drain which needed urgent attention, so after a little bit of research I contacted First Drainage and arranged an appointment with Mark who was really flexible with timings. On the morning they were due, there was a bit of a mix up (totally our fault), but Will managed to arrange for the appointment to take place, then Reese came to site to complete the job in a tidy and efficient manner. All sorted now! Really pleased with the complete service & would definitely recommend to anyone else.

Excellent service from Ashley at First Drainage. Recently purchased the property and noticed drains were blocked up. Ashley was available same day. Assessed the blockage and explained likely causes and the solution to resolve. Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Would recommend.

I called, after an unsuccessful attempt by my sewage service provider to unblock my external sewage pipe..an event that occurs all to frequently...and that they try and wash their hands of. Ashley arrived, polite and clearly knowledgeable...a refreshing change from my providers contractors. He did a thorough investigation taking pictures and videos and talking me through it, explaining clearly not my issue but my providers.
