  Customer Service At Its Best

  First Drainage could not have been any more helpful. I had been quoted nearly £2k by an alternative company to fix a smell coming up through my shower so wanted to get a second opinion. They came out and within ten minutes had fixed the problem and didn't charge me a penny!! They even chucked in a quick survey of the drains just to make sure there were no issues. I cant recommend them enough and will definitely be using them in future if I get any issues. Fantastic customer service.

  Fantastic Job!

  The bathroom in my new (to me) home was emitting the worst sewer smell that was literally making me feel sick. Mark initially came out and suggested a couple of ideas to mitigate the smell which helped but didn't fix the problem. Mark refused payment for that visit. When it became obvious that I would have to bite the bullet and have the work done to fix the problem once and for all I called Mark. His team came out and did an absolutely brilliant job. The smell has gone and they left the bathroom looking better than when they started. I highly recommend First Drainage. I am very happy.

  Marks team worked tirelessly to clear a blocked pipe that is fed from a saniflow. They eventually cleared the pipe from hell and installed a new saniflow for me. Mark and the team never let me down helping me keep my b&b running smoothly. No brainer in recommending First Drainage. 👍

  First Drainage - 5 stars for a professional service

  I had a blocked drain which was backing up into the showers and toilets. Called three companies. One charged and did not turn up. Two others turned up, charged a firtune, cleared some sections not all causing the blockage to recur. Both declined to attend to finish the job. This company came out, checked the entire pipework, cleaned throughout at a very reasonable price. They used a camera to check problem was fully cleared. They did not charge extra, the others charged exorbitant fees for use of camera. I can totally recommend this company for ther professionalism and honesty.

  Great service

  We have used First Drainage a couple of times to clear a blocked toilet in our cafe. The service was excellent and Mark was super helpful and made suggestions as to how to proceed with Welsh Water to avoid using First Drainage again. Would highly recommend.
