Toilet blockage
Had my toilet blockage attended to and service from the office team through to the engineer who attended my property was great!! Certainly went the extra mile, would recommend.

Dishwasher installation

Fixed two leaks and replaced a handle
I called on Scott twice recently, firstly to repair two leaks and later to replace a broken handle, and he did an excellent job on both occasions. As well as carrying out the work to a very high standard, he was easy to deal with, a clear communicator and very friendly. He also went above and beyond in terms of safety measures, wearing a mask and covering his hands and feet, which was very reassuring as we haven’t been having anyone in the house as one of us is judged to be at high risk from COVID. Both experiences were very positive and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Diagnosed fault and replaced expansion vessel in unvented cylinder

Blocked kitchen drain cleared
Arrived shortly after agreed time but did keep me informed. We had a blocked kitchen drain in our garden which was overflowing. Professional service and I would use again if needed.
