Wow! We had a serious emergency with a pane of glass in our sky light and Steve was our hero. He was at our house within the hour and sorted it making it safe and very secure. If you need help then Steve is your man. Highly recommended and very professional Thank you

Steve from first trade turned up quicker than the 40 minutes time estimate he gave for attendance. He was professional, friendly and expertly fixed my front door within 10 minutes. The price charged was very reasonable too.

I noticed First Glaze a while back in local adverts. All I say is... if you hesitate too long it will cost you more. Make Steve your first point of call immediately. Not only are his prices genuinely lower than competitors he will be upfront, honest and fair with you. He tells you as he sees it. Last year I had a window replaced as the unit had blown. As I had left it too long it would have been cheaper to call him immediately. This year (2026) had a replacement lock installed. Trying to find the part was a headache for me, so I called Steve. He came and repaired lock on his birthday. Bravo.
