    Josh and his team have been great, right from the quotation, choices and changes we wanted, throughout the build and follow up visits. The drive looks amazing and the finish is superb.     We were given the mobile number customer. We rang this number to get in touch with the Company and within less than 12 hours received a call from Josh Marsden from First Impressions. First point of contact was very positive. The site was surveyed, the area was calculated and a price agreed, Josh is a very professional gentleman, it was clear that he is on top of his profession. A date was arranged and the work began by a very competent and friendly team.we are totally delighted with our drive and would highly recommend First Impressions Yorkshire Ltd

    First Impressions replaced my driveway, all the paths and decking area with Resin and brick edging. The three workmen arrived early and worked hard continuously each day. They even worked one hour over the normal finish time on one day to ensure that the work stages remained on track. The whole job was completed in four days. Overall I am happy with the standard of work and the final outcome.

    The young man from First Impressions turned up on a day different to agreed to do a quote for us as he was in the area. I thought, fair enough, but that was a bit cheeky without ringing first. Having done the quote, the man said he would email me the quote and took my details. After two weeks and no quote received, we started to ring the company to chase the quote. Messages were not responded to. Finally got hold of them today to be told it was ‘not a job for them’. Charming. I would appreciate being told this up front and not having my calls go ignored before finding out. Very unprofessional.
