    I have used first line vision before and Chris was really good at communicating and the clean was perfect. Booked second time round and the clean was cancelled due to bad weather, the appointment was rebooked on Chris’s availability. However no prior communication received from Chris to inform me he is unable to make the clean due to forgetting it’s Easter week and not having appropriate childcare. This communication was received on the day after waiting 20 mins and me getting in touch with Chris to see what is going on. The appointment was rebooked with another no show and no communication.

Firstlinevision is a small company providing a Window Cleaning service for outside and inside window clearing to bright up your home or business we also provided other cleaning services such as guttering cleaning, soffit cleaning solar panel cleaning and sound panel cleaning, driveway clean and patio cleaning.

 

Our aim is to ensure your windows and other areas of your property looks lovely and

clean for your home and business.

 

Firstlinevision uses two different methods, one method we use is a pure water system with a pole or the other method is using the old way of cleaning window with a bonnet and blade system doing it by hand on ladders with also using pure water.  

 

Firstlinevision has a loyalty card system in place so every 6 cleans you get one free.
