Buyer aware - Work was done to a good quality aside from when they payed down the floor off centre. This wasn’t the issue. I’m a first time buyer and spend over £6200 for an original quote of £5000 cash. Bogus will argue with you if you challenge him on anything. For example I paid £1200 for extra work but he refused to come back for important second fix. Right now I’m sat in a brand new flat without washing machine, dryer, extractor fan or dishwasher connected because of Bogus’s greed for an extra £200 for ‘his time’ to come and second fix these appliance.

This is the second job First-Rate Builders has done for us and we couldn’t be more pleased with their work. Bogus is very responsive with communication, they were able to accommodate our timeline, and completed the work on time as agreed. We had guests staying over that were sleeping the second morning they were working and couldn’t believe we had builders in the house as they were so courteous and quiet. I highly recommend Bogus and his team for any job you may need in SW London.

I am so pleased I came across First rate builders to do the work required to our flat. They were very polite, did the work exactly on time and completed it when they said they would, and at the exact quote. The finished work looked so much better than we were expecting, it was incredibly neat, they had decorated and put in new flooring and the flat looked perfect. I really couldn't recommend them high enough.

These builders (Bogus And Christian) are exceptional! They were very prompt and professional in all our dealings. I had a damaged window frame which was allowing water into a property I own and they resolved the issue in a very swift and exceptional manner. Cant recommend enough!!!
