    First Response 360 Ltd contacted me very quickly after I posted my job and they was able to investigate the problem within an hour. The man that came out to do the job was extremely polite and very clear on what work needed to be done and the cost of it including parts which was very fair in my opinion. The job was done promptly the next day and the area was left very tidy. I would highly recommend First Response 360 Ltd.

    Phone call advised that engineer was due in half an hour, much earlier than anticipated as service was only due from 12 noon onwards. This suited my plans perfectly as I then had the rest of the day to myself and needn’t be waiting in between 12 noon and 4pm. Both engineers were polite and efficient and completed their checks quickly leaving everything replaced correctly.

    Came to do a gas safety check for sale of property. Really good communication from initial inquiry until work completed and certificate emailed across. Very friendly and would happily use again. Discussed options with me due to an issue with a gas fire. And whilst technically could have charged me more, he actually charged less than the initial quoted price.
