Andy was prompt replying and he and his partner came sooner than expected, keeping in touch with me so I knew what was happening. They were courteous, friendly and professional. He wanted to make sure he understood the complicated layout of pipes around this old property so as not to miss anything. He discovered another ( kitchen) drain was also blocked and cleared. All drains were jetted and the toilet cleared. He put CCTV down the long connection to septic tank and ensured no problems there. I've had some cowboys in the past I can't recommend him highly enough. All done in under an hour.

Excellent service. Cleared probably 40 years worth of fat and gunk from the pipes leading from kitchen sink underground. He was quick, efficient and friendly.

Professional, considerate and well equipped. The house is built on a slope so there is quite a lot of 2 inch pipe to the drain and despite it having more twists than a Line of Duty plot Andy was determined not be defeated. The water runs fine now.

Had a great experience. Friendly office staff. Arrived quickly. Explained everything. The drain had a blockage that couldn’t be cleared by rod/plunger or jetting. Andrew showed us the obstruction on the CCTV system. He used a picote cutting machine to successfully clear the obstruction and then clean the remaining drain system. We were able to see the whole system inspected with CCTV and everything flowing well. Professional and knowledgeable. We will use again, and would recommend.

Excellent. The drain was a big and expensive problem, and had called out 3 various companies, once with a camera in the main drain, who failed to find the reason for the continual blockages. Andrew realised that the problem occurred between the main bathroom and the ensuite, and a video found a slight problem found but nothing that would cause repeat problems. He suggested looking under the floor boards, and the problem was discovered--the drain was not at the right angle to create proper flow. A price was agreed on for this.Problem solved.Excellent insight and work.
