Although the plumber was courteous and punctual, the pricing structure was presented in a misleading way. Half-hour rates were quoted, while a minimum one-hour booking was applied without this being made sufficiently clear. This resulted in a charge that felt disproportionate to the work carried out and raised concerns about the company’s pricing practices.

Plumber arrived and inspected job, said new cartridges needed for shower, went away to try and buy them, returned over an hour later saying not in stock and had to be ordered. Wanted payment upfront and card reader was broken. When contacted later said perts had arrived and would come back to finish. Three appointments later no show at all, stopped answering messages. Contacted office who said they would investigate, no response at all since.

Absolutely diabolical. Not professional at all. And left me without a working shower. Didn’t come back to fix the problem as he said he would. Complete waste of time. Do not recommend this company at all. It’s a call centre and they’re obviously not checking the plumbers they’re using.
