    Jacob and his team were absolutely fantastic when we recently moved house! We found them to be polite, hardworking and friendly. We had quite a wait to pick up our keys but the team all stayed late to get all our items into the new house and put everything in the rooms we wanted. I would 100% recommend Firth & Co Removals.

    Prompt response to my enquiry followed up by a visit to establish what was required. Competitive pricing. Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable. Accommodated a change in dates which involved furniture going into storage and then being retrieved a few days later. Also cleared second storage unit for me. The team went above and beyond to help me settle into my new home. Always cheerful, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Really appreciated that.

    I could not fault Firth and Co at all. The initial telephone call I made to them enquiring about their last minute availability only highlights their excellent customer service, they then showed up on time the next day and absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them. They were polite, outgoing and also good value for money. Moving house on the day can be very stressful but they honestly made the day a great experience, they worked so hard with smiles throughout the day and could not have been better. I will 100% use them again and recommend them to all.

    Jacob and his team were an extremely helpful and professional service - and one I'd highly recommend. They moved a large number of garden items from my 2 elderly parents to my sisters house in a quick and efficient manner - and were extremely careful with the transit. Communication was prompt, informative and Jacob went the extra mile to ensure all questions / concerns were answered. Being exceptionally courteous and polite - they left a very good impression at both ends of the journey. I would aboslutely recommend them to friends and family. A huge thankyou to you guys!
