fantastic job. great communication, good price. turned up on time when he said and cracked on! I got him to quote for another job and gave good advice and managed to do that job this week as well. definitely recommend!

Disappointed
Phoned up to quote for the job. Said it would be £90 per hour but once it gets to the hour he would check to see if we would be happy to continue. This didn’t happen he went over by 20 minutes and charged £180. Still not got electrics sorted so needing to call out another electrician

"We must clarify the facts, as your review contains significant inaccuracies. Before arriving, we phoned you and you explicitly agreed to our £90/hour rate. Fault-finding is unpredictable and billed by full-hour blocks; a 1-hour fix is never guaranteed. You instructed us to restore downstairs only because your upstairs was completely blocked by heavy furniture. We successfully restored downstairs power, and entering the second hour accurately brought the total to £180. To be helpful, we charged zero for parts. We stand by our clear pricing and repairs under your property's constraints."
