We haven’t had a hot shower in months as our electric shower wasn’t fitted correctly - we have only been able to have baths. The problem was very quickly resolved and we can now have hot showers! Asif contacted me immediately after I posted a description of our fuse board problem. I sent photos of the fuse board and he advised me over the phone on how to reset the trip switch and individual fuses. Asif is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
