Great experience all around.

On time, fair price, professional

Had a fault with my boiler. Bruno was excellent. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and he was back and forth between the boiler and the water tank checking and testing and it was evident he was highly motivated and passionate about his work. He was also happy to help me with some unrelated questions about the thermostat. second time I've used this company and both times has been excellent quality of work and highly professional engineers.

George arrived on time and delivered outstanding work. The quality is exceptional.

This is the second time I've used FitnFix and is unlikely to be the last. First things first, booking appointments via the website is very straightforward and the set charges (inc VAT) for standard jobs are really helpful. Their admin is great in keeping you up-to-date including any delays and invoicing is quick and accurate. The work itself is done professionally and tidily with the steps carefully explained. Punctual, friendly, tidy and professional - not a lot more you can ask.

The FITnFIX plumber did an excellent job, completed the work quickly and left the workplace clean and tidy. I would fully recommend FITnFIX for any future work.
