The Fitz team arrived on time and explained their philosophy and intended plan for the fitting out of the bathroom. I was kept informed of progress on a regular basis and consulted on all aspects of the work including proposed innovations of Fitz and my own. The result was, in my opinion, excellent completed on time to a high standard and with smiles all round. Whilst not anticipating repeating the experience in the near future I would have no reservations in recommending this company. 😀😀😀

Throughout the project, they communicated excellently, checking in to confirm details. They arrived punctually every morning & worked diligently, focusing entirely on our project. It was easy to ask questions, & they were always friendly & respectful. They kept tools out of our son's way & kept things clean. Adjusted details without fuss & were transparent about costs, providing receipts at the end. No payment was requested until completion. Their team was friendly, neat, & thorough, leaving us with a perfect bathroom. Wholeheartedly recommend for their exceptional service & professionalism.
