Matt and his team provide an excellent service, from the initial measuring up and carpet selection, to the fitting and removal of the old carpet. There was a small delay in the fitting, as the carpet we wanted was out of stock, but Matt kept us updated so we knew the score. Very helpfully, he spread the fitting over two days with a day in between. They were very quick when they started, taking just a few hours on each day. This was by no means a rushed job, however - the new carpet looks great!

Matt is exceptional. Not only is he polite and courteous but his standard of workmanship is the best. He did a first-rate job, and cleaned up everything afterwards. He didn’t complaint that some rooms had heavy furniture left in them. Just got on with the job. He clearly understood what we wanted and dropped out some carpet samples for us earlier. Gave us good advice. You will be impressed with him.

Matt and his team carpeted the entire house for us this summer (apart from Kitchen and bathrooms). He was always flexible, fair on price, friendly, informed, willing to travel to us in Kent, and the work was done thoroughly and at speed. I cannot tell you how happy we are with the work carried out. From beginning to end they were quick, reliable and communicative. We called one day and Matt came in the next day to measure and show us samples, picked the carpet we wanted. They came in one week later to shape it and 3 days later Chris fitted it. From initial phone call to fitting was less then 2 weeks. Both Matt and Chris were absolutely fantastic, I would never use any other flooring company again in my lifetime. I highly recommend them, don't go anywhere else!

Their communication was simply excellent. They had great carpets to choose from and the level of service and helpfulness exceeded my expectations. The job was carried out perfectly with no mess or damage to walls at all. I would highly recommend this team and use them again for sure.
