After discovering some mould when moving furniture, we asked Jake to come and give us a survey to help. Jake listened to all our concerns and after a thorough survey, discussed and explained various findings followed by the written survey the same day. Jake did a great job doing the pre-purchase survey we needed. We had already had a building surveyor assess the place, and we needed an expert to confirm the findings. He was prompt, professional and communicative, and he patiently explained to us the technology he used to assess the damp.
