  • Locate and Replace a faulty Gas Hob flame failure sensor device.

    Bart arrived as arranged after calling to say that he had been delayed. With my uninformed diagnosis of the problem he removed the Hob Cover, replaced the sensor. Then re-sealed the Top plate. All within the space of 1/2 hour. He assured me the he was Certified for work on gas appliances. Also polite and competent though a little expensive. Nevertheless, a good Job. Completed satisfactorily and it is so good to have the 4th Gas Burner back into daily use!

    Engineer came straight away to fix our intermittent gas leak. He quickly located it and because it was an old cooker he thought he might not be able to get the part. Turns out he went out of his way to find it saving us several hundred pounds in buying a new cooker. He phoned before arrival and then arrived on time. That with his professional and friendly manner we will definitely be calling this company again should we get any further issues.
