Great efficient and reliable dishwasher repair
Mihai repaired my dishwasher and was great to deal with, from setting up the appointment to carrying out the work. Clear communication all the way and identified the problem quickly, repairing and going the extra mile for an unidentified issue. The seal on my freezer door was worn and broken. He came and replaced it.
Initially I had an idea that it was the seal that was the issue but I wasn't confident. From the beginning he was willing to analyse and confirm the issue via picture I gave him. He was approachable and clear with costs and the service he would provide. On the day he was friendly, he did the job quickly and explained what was wrong.
