Bad experience
I was told when I booked the job that the tradesman would phone me when they were on their way. Instead after waiting for most of the day he rang my intercom and then appeared at my front door. He barley spoke any English so it was extremely difficult to communicate with him. He wasn’t prepared and had no knowledge of the jobs I wanted him to do. He went out for a lightbulb, bought the wrong type and so had to go out again. He worked extremely slowly for a total of 45 mins and then left without cleaning up the mess he had created. Terrible workmanship, floor worse than before
I unfortunately had a terrible experience with them. The handyman was booked to change out some damaged laminate flooring in the kitchen and have now laid down floor with gapping issues, uneven and have chipped/damaged floorboards. I had requested a different handyman to come a second time round but they sent the same guy and made the issues even worse the second time round. Not impressed at all and felt like they thought I would accept sub-par quality in workmanship. Im left feeling really cheated by the service and the kitchen floor remains worse than before they were called in.Job location: SE510 Handyman
