  Resolve toilet flushing issue

  Reasonable price quoted for the job upfront which was more than other companies offered. Onsite, they resolved the work promptly but identified another potential issue which they only charged for the extra parts needed. An excellent service was provided and they weren't out to take advantage of the situation. Very happy with the service.

  Reliable and Skilled Handyman

  Karim has done it again. This time he came by to fix my pergola and as ever he was professional, friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. The repair was done to a high standard and feels strong and secure now. He explained what needed doing in a straightforward way and got it sorted without any hassle. Fantastic service — I will definitely continue to use his services again and recommend to others.

  I am genuinely impressed with Karim and his son who came to relocate my radiator. From the moment he arrived it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. He assessed the space, explained the options and completed the job with precision and care. The new radiator position has completely transformed the room and the workmanship is top‑notch — clean pipework, no mess and everything tested thoroughly before he left. On top of that he was extremely polite, completely professional and exceptionally skilled in his craft. Tradespeople like Karim are rare. I’ll be recommending him to everyone I know

  Cistern replacement

  Karim did a great job resolving a phantom flush problem in my bathroom even though the job was more complicated than originally thought. The place was left surprisingly clean! He was very punctual and reasonably priced.

  Reliable, timely and professional

  Excellent service and pleased with the outcome. Set up my bathroom pipes, installed the units and did the tiling. Very efficient work that was done with great care. Explained his plan before starting the work and made sure everything was sufficient before he left. Very professional and would happily recommend to anyone who needs a quick and smooth service
