Had a problems with my laptop and it wasn't working at all. That need looked into it.
Deep knowledge of Windows 11 Systems, very supportive and helpful . I worked in Customer service enterprice for 45 years and fully undestand what customer service means, but have receive best customer service and task was completed well before the estimated time. End of my visit he has put smile on m face of job welldone . My Thanks goes to technician.

Slow wifi
Was having to deal with slow home wifi. FixIt sent over one of their engineers, diagnosed and resolved the issues. Very friendly customer service and happy with my wifi speed now. Highly recommend them!

Fixing my laptop.
These guys are amazing. My computer was overheating, the battery was not functioning properly, the track pad stopped working and I run out of memory. There cleaned it inside and changed the damaged hardware pieces and now the laptop works again smoothly and didn't had any more problems. I'm very pleased with their work, would definitely recommend them!
