Very frustrating, not professional.
Difficult to use for a business as they cannot provide an invoice nor do they send any emails, everything is done by WhatsApp and usually voice note. Radio silence, regularly promised would be complete or delivered 'end of day' or end of week', heard nothing, had to chase every time then was promised a new day which then did not happen.
