This company was dreadful to deal with one of the worst customer services I've ever had to deal with. I had to chase everything up and also pay up front for the job. However on the plus side when the engineer did arrive he was very professional and did an excellent job. The problem was with the procurement of the work. This company obviously outsources it customer services which are third rate
