Gary was very informative and gave good advise prior to sorting the boiler out. We weren't sure whether we needed a new boiler or could relocate. Gary could of easily said get a new boiler which is more money for him but we could tell he wanted to help us and was very honest. After he had fitted the boiler we then had a leak which wasn't connected to his work. We contacted him and he happily went out of his way to come and rectify the issue.
