A Ridiculous waste of time! Initially Fixsy wanted me to pay up front before they had assessed the job or carried out the work or even FIXED anything! Then they wanted me to go to a payment link before they would even issue an “appointment window”…An applauding over complicated process!

A guy attended the call out and was there for no more than 10 minutes. He asked what the problem was and told me straight away that it couldn't be fixed without even bothering to look inside the fridge freezer. It was only that I asked him to have a look that he decided to open the door. It appears to me that this diagnosis could have been done over the phone as this had already been decided. Think this Company only wants to sell appliances rather than repair as he said a quote for a new fridge freezer would be sent but nothing was sent so went elsewhere

Prompt response and such a cheerful and happy telephone manner! All sorted in 2 visits and the technician was informative and knowledgeable throughout the process. He clearly explained every detail of the problem and how he was fixing it.

Excellent professional service and quick response

The fridge-freezer we bought had come with a plunger to clear the drainage tube. This is very short and could not reach the blockage. The engineer came with a syringe tool to inject hot water to clear ice in the drainage tube and a long flexible tool with a brush on the end able to clear debris from the whole length of the drainage tube down to the evaporation reservoir. This solved the problem. He left both tools with us and said we could call him back any time within 30 days of the repair.
