Had a service in March 2022 on a perfectly good boiler. It needed work, and I said they could do. It took two visits with the wrong parts and six months to sort it. Upon carrying out the final work the boiler vibrated and when opened up damaged had occurred to the plastic sump. Fifth visit by fixx engine, they said it looked like a screw driver damage and then the main office said it was a heat stress fracture in the sump to cover it up. A heat stress fracture would be a crack not a spider web of damage like this. Anyway it’s cost me 2k for a new boiler by another company, do not use.

I was very impressed with the service. Not only were Fixx quick to reply to the job request they had an engineer with me the next day when they said they would. He was great, very reassuring, calm, professional, polite and hardworking. Overall a great job. Would highly recommend.

Fix were great, kept everything clean and tidy and showed up when they specified. Really happy with the work completed on time.
