  Boiler service & Hive installation

  We had Frank over to service the boiler and install Hive last week. He was very friendly, professional and did an amazing job. We've been using Frank for the past few years and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

  Fit new boiler

  Frank arrived on time to fit our new Bosch boiler after removing our old boiler he continued to work throughout the 9 hour day to finish the installation.His attention to detail and the quality of his workmanship could not be faulted,He explained what was happening throughout the work and once finished cleaned up any mess.We highly recommend Frank to undertake any Heating/plumbing jobs that you might require, a thoroughly professional and courteous guy.

  Ballcock replacement

  Frank attended at very short notice to replace a faulty ballcock in the cold water tank in the roof, which he did quickly and efficiently. Professional and courteous, he will be my go to man for all things plumbing/heating.

  Broken boiler

  I called Frank up on a Friday afternoon, explaining that I had a broken boiler. I was expecting a week before he would be able to come out have have a look as this is what I was quoted else where by a number of other companies. But to my surprise Frank said he could do Saturday morning at 8am ! I could not believe it, Saturday morning came round and there he was at 8am ready to go. I explained what was wrong and he got to work. Within minutes he had the boiler back up and running, and explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
