Excellent from start to finish. After a previous repair that barely lasted 10 years, and dealing with dubious tradesmen in the past,. Ben from Fjc Roofing was a welcome breath of fresh air. Professional, and friendly communication, providing a thorough report and a fair quote, explaining the work in detail, and keeping in touch with email and Whatsapp. Very Reliable, always turning up when they said they would, doing what they said they would, and doing excellent quality work, leaving the site spotless. Ben is very understanding about financial situation. He kept me informed. He gave concise explanations. Easy to talk to. Approachable. Ben and his team is very professional and polite.
