  Conversion to unvented system

  We had a leak in our loft tank. Paul at F J Lane's gave us a quote to update the system to unvented at our request. Paul was always clear and concise on the work to be carried out. Tom and Spencer did a very good job. Neat and tidy. Thoroughly clearing up afterwards.

  Excellent service, honest advice, and a flawless installation.

  I couldn't be happier with the central heating installation from F J Lane. From the very start, they were completely open and honest, taking the time to advise me on exactly what would work well for our property and what wouldn't. They weren't pushy or 'salesy' at all, and their quote was significantly more competitive than others I had obtained. They did a great job installing a new Greenstar 8000+ 30kW Regular boiler, an Evocyl unvented hot water cylinder, and Hive heating controls. The system has been running flawlessly with zero issues since the install. What also stood out to me was how

  Excellent workmanship

  From start to finish we had excellent service. Paul came to survey our current heating. It was a bit different, as we went from two heating boilers to one. Christian and Spencer worked extremely hard, and kept us updated at every stage. All site rubbish was cleared and even bricked up a the old boiler flue hole and air vent. We would highly recommend them.

  Emergency Central Heating Repair

  We have had the plumbers in inserting a new immersion heater for water and winter heating. We have always found the plumbers from Lane's so very helpful and thorough and have explained all the workings when the work was completred. Paul always so great to deal with, and so helpful.

  Gas Central Heating Installation

  New bathroom - highly recommend

  FJ Lane installed a new bathroom for us. The whole process, from the design, to the plumbing, tiling, electrics, plastering, carpentry and decoration was efficiently project managed by Paul. His communication was exemplary. Tom, mostly assisted by Spencer, undertook the greater part of the installation. They were at all times courteous and very tidy. And we were pleasantly pleased with the final bill too, which came in marginally below the initial quotation!
