Company attended as planned and advised and explained the various cost options for the repair or removal of my 100 year old chimney together with the repair and cleaning of roof tiles and gulley's. All the discussed repairs were done as described in the contract and all the work was carried out with the minimum of fuss and disruption. No mess left, clean tidy, polite, reliable and with no surprise further costs Would recommend

Repairs made to loose ridge tiles for a very good price.FJ Roofing did some extra work tidying up and pointing some other tiles on the roof for no extra cost. Communication excellent and gave confidence throughout. Finished work was excellent quality and work carried out efficiently

FJ Roofing of Hemel Hempstead answered my plea for help when a roof leak was discovered and came round almost immediately. Freddie diagnosed a crack in the ridge tiles which he could replace along with the metal gas vent cover. Unfortunately, only one company in the UK make these metal covers and so Freddie ordered one and then drove all the way to the outskirts of Norwich (confirmed with his phone pictures) and back on the same day to guarantee he could start our roof repair first thing the next morning before it rained again. Good work carried out quickly and finished on time. Kept us informed all the time and cleared up after themselves. Guttering on lower and upper roof replaced, with new downpipe added, and broken tiles replaced. Very happy.
