I hired Ally Sagar from Flawless Flooring Solutions to sand and restore my floors, but the work was carried out in an extremely unprofessional manner. The sanding was uneven and incomplete, the gaps between the boards were badly filled, and the new boards were poorly matched to the originals. The final result looks terrible. He was supposed to return and fix the issues, but I waited three months for a follow-up visit. Despite multiple scheduled appointments, he never showed up and failed to inform me that he wasn’t coming. He never offered a refund or any resolution.

Ally did an excellent job on my floors. Punctual and professional.
