The work was to plan, to cost and on time. The contractor dealt with complex plans and as we are a long leaseholders in a Grade 2 * listed building constructed mainly from concrete, the contractor liaised closely with the Corporation of London. He understands marble and stone to an expert degree, he showed tremendous attention to detail, scrupulously tidy, courteous and good company. His workers shared that politeness and work ethic.

The standard of workmanship is absolutely excellent. The tiles are 100mm square and are perfectly lined up and grouted. The contractor cleaned up at the end of every day and cleared away a huge amount of bagged up rubble and the end of the job. All the operatives who worked on the contract were pleasant, efficient and skilled, and I hope to use the contractor again later this year. He also has an extremely good eye for design.

Leonard did an excellent job to completely refurbish my bathroom. My bathroom looks 1000 times better than the previous one.
