Job location: DE11Simon was great, answered my call on first attempt, was with us within a few hours to get the door open on our washing machine which was stuck closed with a load inside. He then identified that we needed a new door so discussed cost with us and got the door ordered and fitted for us within 2 days.10 Washing machine broke
