    Fletchers went above any expectations I had for my patio. Very professional, hard working, polite team doing the work. Got the job done to a very high standard in 3 days. Paid great attention to detail to make it look perfect. Will be recommending to all friends and family.

    Patio work carried out June 2022, Fletch and his team were friendly and we were pleased, and could not fault them. On completion “any problems at all just give us a bell and we will sort them”. A couple of weeks later, when cleaning, we encountered problems; slabs had blown, large amounts of grout came out, copings on retaining wall became detached. We were really disappointed that despite several responses to our messages with them promising to resolve the issues, we are still waiting! When you spend that amount of money you expect a higher level of after sale service. Annoyed and angry.

    Gordy and the team undertook this small project, digging, removing existing turf and shed. Then laying ceramic tiles in our garden. And we’re reasonably priced too. These gents were polite, punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, extremely hardworking, accommodating, clean and tidy. Even carried out a few other minor touches originally out of scope. As per my headline, would absolutely recommend. D
