    Great company - I have been a happy customer for over 10 years!

    I have used Flexiflame for over 10 years, for boiler servicing, toilet cistern repairs, waste and waste pipe replacement, and more recently an instant hot water kitchen tap. I have never had any issues with the service, and have always felt the prices are competitive; a few times they have recommended that I sourced the parts (eg the style of sink plug I wanted, or hot water tap), and Mike and his team have fitted them. On the one occasion that pipework failed shortly after installation they came back and rectified this quickly and no additional charge.

    Fitting New Boiler

    Mike and the team (with coordination by Tina) were excellent. They were prompt, did a fantastic job with the minimum of fuss and were very respectful of my home. They were extremely tidy and I think they left the place cleaner than when they arrived! Tina was very helpful and communicative every step of the way. I would very much recommend them for your boiler work.

    getting central heating working

    Central heating failed in a cold snap so thank goodness for Flexiflame who came out the same day, soon identified the issue and put in a quick fix. Came back later the same day to complete the job. All done at reasonable cost and by most pleasant helpful no fuss individual

    Combi boiler and aqua air

    I met Flexi Flame team about 3 years ago. They used to service my old warm air unit. Most recently, Mike and his fantastic colleagues replaced the whole heating and water system in my house (combi boiler and aqua air system). They are professional, friendly and complete work to the highest standard. Tina managed all documentation for me and always responds to all questions promptly. I strongly recommend Flexi Flame!

    New boiler ,thermostat fitted, and various valves replaced

    All work carried out on neatly and on time. Property left neat and tidy at end of the work. All three fitters very polite and courteous. This is not the first time I have used this firm. Highly recommended.

I'm Michael Pearse and I established FlexiFlame over 20 years ago. My engineer colleague Bradley and I are qualified Gas Safe engineers able to complete all aspects of gas appliance and plumbing work for homeowners and businesses across Berkshire, from our base in Tilehurst.
