I needed a drainage survey conducted on a property I am looking to buy and Keith carried out the survey. All communication was over the phone, text and email, and he kept me up to date from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Keith was very polite. He didn't want to trail things through the house so asked if there was access at the back, which there was. He was methodically efficient and did the job within the hour. He gave me peace of mind and if I needed him again I wouldn't hesitate to call him.

Keith arrived on time and was very polite. He explained how he was going to unblock the drain with jet spray. The work was done promptly and blockage cleared. In doing this work the problems we have had with the downstairs toilet appear to have resolved too. Over the past year I have had several big companies out to look at the toilet and not been resolved despite paying a lot of money for call out. I would definitely recommend a call to Keith if you have a blocked drain.

Keith did a brilliant job for us here. Turned up on time and went above and beyond to get the repair sorted. Highly recommended!!
