    Flooring and carpet fitting

    Had flooring done in three rooms and passage and carpet fitted on the landing and stairs. Flooring work quality was ok not too bad. The carpet fitting was terrible sub-standard work. Left gaps on every step of the stairs looks very bad which I didn't notice initially. Also carpet sticking out in some places. Contacted the the trade person immediately after the work was completed to let them know. Initially was told he will come and fix the issue. It's been over 4 months and and now he's not replying to any messages or answering the phone. Would not recommend this person for any carpet fitting.

    I had carpet fitted in my house (3 floors) recently. They done a brilliant job fitting the brand new carpet all in one day. Very reliable and highly recommend.

    Flooring (light grey carpet

    he failed to deliver the carpet we had discussed; instead of the light grey shade we agreed upon, he sent a dark grey one. Throughout the process, he displayed impatience and pressure tactics, insisting I make decisions quickly and accusing me of wasting his time. After reluctantly paying £510 out of pocket, he hastily departed, leaving excess carpet material shown outside my property for anyone to take. His lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction warrant a full refund and a caution to others seeking his services.

    I am sorry you feel this way as customer satisfaction is very important to me. Unfortunately, photos can appear to be different on a phone. I did try to accommodate you by upgrading. I arrived after 6pm on Saturday at the customer's request, which wasn't ideal for me. However, my timekeeping was to the dot. I pride myself of my workmanship, which is to a very high standard.
