Throughout the process, he displayed impatience and pressure tactics, insisting I make decisions quickly and accusing me of wasting his time. After reluctantly paying £510 out of pocket, he hastily departed, leaving excess carpet material shown outside my property for anyone to take. His lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction warrant a full refund and a caution to others seeking his services.

I am sorry you feel this way as customer satisfaction is very important to me. Unfortunately, photos can appear to be different on a phone. I did try to accommodate you by upgrading. I arrived after 6pm on Saturday at the customer's request, which wasn't ideal for me. However, my timekeeping was to the dot. I pride myself of my workmanship, which is to a very high standard.
