Contacted Flooring Elegance after being let down by another supplier Rob measured up on 28 November, phoned the next day and said if we were happy to have the underlay and gripper rod fitted one day and the carpet fitted another day he could fit us in before the 16th December when our bedroom furniture was due, despite them being fully booked until the New Year Mike the fitter did an excellent job, including trimming the doors and everything was completed just 8 days after Rob measured the room Thank you to Rob and his team for excellent service We would definitely recommend Flooring Elegance

I cant speak highly enough of Anthony and his team. Their quote was competitive and quality of workmanship excellent. Anthony laid Amtico throughout the whole of our ground floor, bathrooms and office level, then 2 of his team carpeted both sets of stairs, landings and all bedrooms. They moved furniture for us and replaced everything when done. A really great team of guys.

Unfortunately we have been involved with some rogue traders but it was a pleasure to have Flooring Elegance and Mike the fitter provide such a professional job with a perfect finish. We are so, so pleased with our new flooring.

We received excellent and knowledgeable advice before agreeing the flooring design. All work was done expertly and promptly. Weare very pleased with the results.

Ant was excellent from the initial meeting to discuss our requirements right through to finishing the job. We were away when the work was done so we left him a key and he contacted us to say when the work was finished which was ahead of schedule. He managed to fit in around our other workmen and didn’t grumble in our several changes of schedule. Overall we are very happy with his work.
