Good work - quick to communicate.
Had to come back to complete work as flooring run out. This was charged as an extra although the quote was designed against the meterage of the floor but I suppose that is fair enough.
Did leave behind all rubbish despite this being part of the quote to remove which had food in it as well as rubbish from works carried out in the current heat it would have been polite to inform me that the rubbish should be put outside if they were not taking it.

This was an oversight on our part, and as soon as we realised, we contacted you and offered to return and collect all the rubbish free of charge, but you declined our offer. We’d also like to clarify that we had our lunch in the van, not in the loft. The only personal waste was two empty drink cans and two cereal bar wrappers.
