Restore a concrete slab with DPM after the plumber drilled through

Paul has been very kind and patient, he was employed to do the DPM proofing when I bought the house and he kindly restored it after an emergency. I will definitely recommend him. He has been very quick and professional. Hundred percent approved!!

  Outstanding kitchen floor repair

Used check a trade for the first time for this job and I am over the moon I did. Paul from FLOOR PLAY LTD reached out straight away when everyone else declined the job and communicated really efficiently via the app. He came to my property days later and I couldn't be happier with the work. There was a tear in my vinyl from careless removal men and the work Paul has done you can't see where the tear was at all! Unbelievable job, couldn't recommend highly enough!!

  Kitchen floor and stairs

The end result itself was really good considering a tricky kitchen floor etc, any issues was sorted out on the spot and really nice to talk to, I have to be honest tho with how long it took, I was taken back on the duration of the job I hope down the line this can be improved as that was my only issue and an easy enough issue to fix ( a new young lad was being shown what to do at the same time tho so this would of had an affect on the timing )

Thanks for your review, Jack. We’re pleased you’re happy with the finished flooring and found us friendly and helpful. The job required additional preparation, including removing poorly fitted fixings and addressing uneven areas in the existing kitchen floor. We appreciate it took longer than you expected, although all work was completed within the day as discussed. We’ll take your feedback on board and make expected timings clearer on future jobs. Thanks again for choosing Floor Play. Paul – Floor Play Ltd
