Excellent workmanship. Left our home as clean as they possibly could.
We were thrilled with the quality of the work by the two chaps who carried out the sanding and finishing. The 100 year old floorboards in our two reception rooms and the very tatty engineered wood floor in our kitchen/breakfast room look absolutely amazing. The end result is so much better than we had hoped for. They carried out repairs and replaced some small damaged areas within the quote. Floor sanding and polish of two bedrooms, landing and stairs

Great work
Work carried out to an extremely high standard. The floor looks excellent. Workmen very friendly and accommodating and obviously worked very hard. In before 9am every morning, out at 6. Squeaky floor boards
Very frustrated about this. When I approached this trader I specifically said I wanted to FIX the squeaky floor boards. This was fixed in two bedrooms but was left even louder in the living room. I kept asking the “manager” to please have a look and see what else can be done- he said nothing can be done… so I ended with a nice looking very loud floor. At the end the person that did the job told me that the joists could’ve been fixed but at the beginning of the job but I didn’t ask for that specifically- as if I knew how to fix the floor myself! Great floor sanding experience

We are a long-established family-run floor sanding business that was set up in 1995. Twenty-seven years later, our values have not changed. We offer a down-to-earth expert service and our decades of experience can help you get the best quality results at a reasonable cost.
Floor-Sanding.com are a business that has been going for over 27 years . We specialise in restoring wooden floors using the latest technology in dust free sanding machines, and a range of finishes and colours.
All our sanders are experienced and directly employed by us, we do not sub contract out.
We cover the whole of London and The Home Counties and have even gone further for larger projects. All work is undertaken from a few square metres to our largest job to date 6500 square metres at William Goodenough College in West Central London.
From domestic work to schools, offices, clubs, restaurants, pubs and all commercial work whether it be weekdays, weekends or nights including bank holidays. We do not expect final payment until the customer is satisfied with our work. We give a free estimate service so would welcome your enquiries.
We are members of the Guild Of Master Craftsmen.
To give you an indication of the work we do, we restore, replace, sand and finish any wooden floor from old pine floorboards to oak or mahogany parquet flooring including trying to match your existing floors with reclaimed flooring as close to your floor as possible, a lot of times we get an exact match including gap filling and fire hearth re stiches.
We also lay wooden flooring including laminated, engineered, floorboards, parquet to list a few
We can finish with either lacquer/varnish oil, wax oil, whitewash, paint, stain and many other specialist finishes.
