Carpet fitting only
This job was for carpet fitting only with me providing the materials of 2 bedrooms & 1 landing.On the day of the job,F@H sent only 1 person to fit the carpets, the person arrived, inspected the materials that were available (carpet rolls, underlays, trims)and started to complain saying the underlay was not enough and the grippers were bad quality and then said that he wasn't expecting to have carpet rolls that need to be cut. And he left failing to fulfil the job F&A accepted. Carpet uplift and replacement

Replacement stair carpet
First visit Paul did measurements and started prep for replacement stair carpet from large remnant we had kept. Returned week later with 'new' stair carpet and fitted it with new underlay. Bathroom vinyl flooring
Asked for a quote on small floor vinyl to be laid. Paul got back to me within an hour of asking with a minimum charge which was very reasonable and could fit job in on Friday which happened to be a bank holiday. Hallway in pub with a heavy duty matting
