  Even when previous plumbing (by someone else) had caused an additional problem, Lee returned the following day to make sure the installation worked correctly, after which he charged no more than he had originally quoted.

  Flo Pro are absolutely excellent and I highly recommend them. I had a new boiler and extra necessary copper pipe work, flue and new cooker. Lee went the extra mile to ensure I was happy and informed on all the work and he was so customer focused throughout the job. Lee and his colleague Ellis were punctual, caring of my property and completed all the work to a very high standard. Flo Pro are professional and a pleasure to deal with and very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

  Fitting new LPG gas hob

  Lee was great – always kept us informed eg when he had injured his hand and was concerned about us not having a hob for Christmas. Came when he said he would, dealt with the inevitable unexpected niggles of the job. Did a lovely job. It’s great to have someone you can rely on especially if you need an LPG qualified person as we do (good if you’re rural) as there aren’t many of them. Would definitely recommend.
