Alan from Flow3 identified the issue promptly and came up with a practical plan. This was extensive work that involved digging up the kitchen floor while we continued to live in the property. Alan completed the work on time and in line with the original quote. He helped to resolve what was a stressful situation with upmost professionalism. I would recommend Alan highly and would not hesitate to use Flow3 again.

Great service from Flow3. We had issues involving failed/poorly installed inspection chambers at two points in our shared drainage system. One of these required a complete rebuild of the chamber and the installation of a non-return valve. For both problems, Alan and Justin provided prompt, careful analysis of the issue, were generous with their time when discussing options, and ultimately addressed both with exceptional workmanship. We've since gone on to use the company for annual drainage checks. Highly recommended.

In preparation for some upcoming renovations which included creating a new bathroom and Kitchen I needed a new sewer connection and some other drainage to be moved to a new location as well as simplyfying the sewer connections so that a manhole cover could be removed completly, Alan was very efficient in completing all the work and left the end connections as push fit so that it would be easy to connect the new bathroom and applinaces when the future building work is done. Great work at a fair price and will definatly use Flow3 again for any future drainage work.

Alan was amazing. Incredibly communicative from the start in sharing approach and consulting on different approaches. Before lining the cracked portion also checked it with his own camera and saw a corner pipe at the gully drain was completed shattered which our previous cctv survey did not flag. Added the fix to the day and then was effective at installing the laundry drainage under our floor and breaking through concrete to meet up with our drain coming down from upstairs. They also moved the kitchen drain to the same drain pipe. And removed the bottom section of the main iron sewer vent pip

Alan Camper did a fantastic job diagnosing a leaking seal in a communal SVP in a difficult location. During the repair work he kept out tenants fully updated and completed the work very quickly. Excellent from start to finish.
