​A friendly lady did a wonderful job cleaning our gutting but fell short on the conservatory. While the perspex was okay, the UPVC was barely touched. When I pointed this out, she said she would do her best. ​However, before she left, it still wasn't done. When I queried it, she insisted she was finished. I got a stepladder and cleaned it myself; the grime came off easily. Due to me having to complete the work that she says she has done I deducted £25 from her bill, which she accepted. Have posted photos of her poorly completed work.

Very good communication. Clean, tidy and efficient worker. Good price for the work carried out. Would use again.

We recently used Flow Free for the first time to clean / clear gutters at a small development of linked terrace properties. Their quote was very reasonable & they were efficient, on time & did an excellent job. Communication was also very good. I would have no hesitation in recommending them & will certainly use them again

Amazing job, efficient, good communication all at an amazing price

Jenny turned up when arranged, and spent about 90 minutes clearing the gutters, and washing down fascias, soffits and windows. She did a great job, and her work was really good value for money. Will definitely use again, Thanks Jenny.
