My boiler broke & Kris visited same day. Offered to install a like for like new boiler after the wknd. During installation damage was caused to fit an unexpected awkwardly positioned pipe now preventing us from fitting the base of our cupboard & we need to reposition the light, boiler does not fit the unit (can’t close the door), & there is damage to the wall. Kris denied fault saying “you’re not bringing that up again”. Kris stood on the kitchen top with shoes on & no sheets to protect the surface, immediately stepped off when my husband walked in. Issued a discount only if I paid same day.

Really friendly bunch of guys. Knew what the issue was straight away. Very fair price and mostly important trustworthy.

Chris was super quick to respond and was over within a couple of hours to install our smart thermostat. Great service and would 100% recommend.
