Poor service all they care about is taking your money, once they start the job, they leave it incomplete and inform you that they can only come 2 month later! For them to come back and complete the works they started they charge an additional callout fee and request full payment upfront before booking you in. They leave your premises in a state where you cant turn on the water or use your bathroom for weeks! Job location: ME8Professional and courteous - turned up when they said they would and completed installation of two new immersion heaters. Very good competitive price. Was very impressed with their manner and work. Have already asked them to quote me for another job, and have recommended them to others. Job location: ME1Needed bathroom sink plumbed in as we were unable to do it ourselves. The work carried out was excellent. This company have been brilliant from start to finish. Can't praise them enough!
