I recieved a reply promptly and work was carried out and the drain was unblocked as requested.

Dane responded promptly and professionally to our request for an expert to inspect our drains. Punctual, pleasant and sticking to the quotation, Dane also explained clearly the work performed and we learned a lot from him about potential rodent access through the drains. Being able to watch the cctv in operation gave us reassurance of the good state of our drains - money well spent.

I needed a letter giving an opinion from a drains professional, regarding a situation for my insurance company. Dane called me back promptly after I left my message, and was helpful and understanding. I sent over some documents for him to look at so he could give his opinion. He offered to come round later that day and take a look as well before writing me a letter. He was friendly, knowledgeable and provided me with a great letter, which I very much appreciate. I will definitely have him back if and when I need any work doing on my drains, and I recommend him.

Dane was polite, professional and reassuring. He worked hard using different methods to unblock the drain, including cameras. He stopped when he discovered that it was a problem with the public sewer, as he did not want to incur further costs for me. He called Bristol Water on my behalf and logged the incident. BW came later that afternoon and cleared the drains.

Dane arrived exactly on time. We discussed the problem and the best approach to solving it. Dane carried out a thorough inspection of all the routes of the external drains and was able to confirm that they were all in a very good condition with no further action needed. After the drain survey, Dane gave some additional useful advice about damp.
